Please select your resort destination
and the period that you would like to stay.
2.
Please note that our check in / out day is
from Saturday to Saturday.
3.
In case you cannot spend a full week at
one resort, you may request Split Week usage
by making one reservation from Saturday - Tuesday
(weekend check in) or Tuesday - Saturday (midweek
check in) and using the remaining of your week
at another date during the same year or Tuesday – Tuesday
(one week), it will be considered as a split
week. Please note that US$40 will be charged
for a Split Week request.
To travel with RCI
1.
You must contact us before 30th
September of that year to deposit your current
entitlement week into the RCI Space Bank Pool for
exchange purposes, by filling in and returning
to us the Week Deposit Request Form which
can be found on our website www.hcstravel.com.
Alternatively, you can contact us by calling us

2.
Once your week is deposited into RCI Space Bank
Pool, you must contact RCI directly whose consultants
will assist you in exchanging your vacation to RCI
affiliated resorts. Please note that RCI will send
a week deposit confirmation to you within 4 weeks
and a week once deposited cannot be withdrawn from
the RCI Space Bank.
3.
RCI will charge an exchange fee which differs depending
on whether the week you choose is classified as a
Domestic Region, Intra-Asia or International exchange.
Please contact RCI directly for details of the respective
rates.
4.
You may contact RCI office by calling their international
toll free number or visit their website at www.rciap.com/rci_index.asp or www.rci.com to
make your holiday reservation.
5.
Once you finish your RCI exchange booking, RCI
will send a confirmation letter to you within 2 weeks.

A Holiday Owner will not be permitted to occupy
accommodation reserved through the external exchange
programmed (RCI) unless the Maintenance Fee and
any other charges or fees due in respect of his
Weekly Period has been paid**
Week Usage with MTC system
1.
If you save your week with the MTC
system, the expiry date will be 31st December of
that year, For example, your week Y2007 will be expired
on 31st December 2007. If you do not use before the
expiry date, it will consider used.

MTC and its associated resorts
have formed a closed relationship which allows members
to book a vacation at certain resorts at a very attractive
price. Please find the list of resorts below. The
booking needs to be made through HCS only.
